Litote Architecture is a multidisciplinary group established in 2019 across Lucca, London and Milan.
We operate across a wide range of scales from strategic master planning through to residential work, including restoration and refurbishment of historic and listed buildings.
We offer a full range of architectural services, from the design stage through the procurement and the construction stages, with a keen eye for the detail characterized by a craftmanship approach.
The practice name - litote, i.e. simplicity - reflects our belief that architecture is really successful when it is able to solve complex problems without looking complicated, but rather simple and legible.
The goal of every project is to provide a thoughtful response to the context making it strongly site-specific and able to create a sense of place and stimulate the curiosity and the engagement of the people who live and experience that space.

Building survey & analysis
We provide detailed & accurate measurements of a building showing all the structural and architectural features. We aim to achieve it with maximum accuracy.
We transform spatial data, collected by efficient methods and high-quality instruments (such as drone, laser scanner, total station) into design representations and management systems for buildings.
